As a Business Development Manager at CertifyPro, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with CertifyPro’s vision, helping to position us as a leader in professional development and training services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to expand CertifyPro’s reach.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, and strategic partners.
Develop and implement business development plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized training and consulting solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in the training or education sector is an advantage.
