The Business Development Officer will support CertifyPro’s growth initiatives by identifying leads, conducting outreach, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach.
Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospects to drive conversion.
Maintain CRM records and generate reports on sales and business development activities.
Support the Business Development Manager in executing client acquisition strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the training or education industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
